This where we will feature a car every month or two, depending how many of you would like to have your car featured. So if you want it on display, send me the information or better yet write your story and e-mail it to me, along with some pictures, and I will put your car or truck on here for the whole world to see. You don't need a long story just tell us about your car or truck, something like.. how did you get it , how long have you had it, did you build it or did someone else, it doesn't matter, I just want to show off everyones toy. So send those pictures and tell me what youv'e got.

Ed Lavine and his QQQQK machine
I have attached a recent photo of my car. Please list me as 'Ed and Chris Levine.' It is a 1971 Corvette Coupe, 454 Engine, matching numbers, 4 speed, Steel Cities Gray is the paint, the original color. I have had it for 6 years.  When I got it the car was not running well but I knew it only had minor problems.  There were new vacuum lines but the can was leaking and the lines were routed wrong. Because of lack =
of vacuum one headlight only worked and then not well and no wipers. The hood latch on one side was missing. The alternator was new but the belt was hitting the radiator hose as it was the wrong hose. The springs were shot, so the car leaned to one side and the exhaust scraped every crack in the road. So after limping home from southern CT in late November, through rush hour. I took care of these minor problems and have a great original car. This winter I replaced the heater core and decided while =
at that I would do over interior; new seat covers, door panels, replace broken parts, fix others, re-dyed what I could, put in a new stereo and 4 new speakers.
